CIT Sandwich Polytechnic College, Coimbatore established in the year 1961, has completed 60 years of service to Education in the year 2021. The outbreak of COVID -19 has caused the event organizers to schedule its Diamond Jubilee in the current year.
In view of the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, Members of the Alumni Association formed the “CIT Sandwich Alumni Alliance Trust” with the noble objective of granting scholarships to deserving students, to contribute to weaker sections by illuminating young minds with knowledge.
The Trust was effectuated on 30th April, 2022 in the presence of Dr.V.Selladurai, Advisor, CIT Institutions, Trust’s Patron Dr.Renuga R, Principal, CIT Sandwich Polytechnic College, Coimbatore-14, The Board of Trustees and Executive Council Members. The Alliance trust is one among the many initiatives taken as part of the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations by the CIT Sandwich Polytechnic College with able support and backing of its alumni.
Followed by a Consultative meeting on 9th May, 2022, executive committee’s were formed. The Principal has invited all the other Alumni to attend the Diamond Jubilee special event.
